Account Manager - Regional Events

The Regional Events Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for event-production and rental clients, managing relationships and guiding each project from initial inquiry and site inspection through quoting, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up. Working closely with clients and internal teams, they develop audio, video, lighting, staging, and labour solutions while ensuring every event is accurately scoped, clearly communicated, operationally coordinated, and delivered to Soundbox standards.

Jr. Account Manager - Product Sales & Installation

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for driving sales of both new products and Soundbox’s used rental inventory while supporting the Sales Director with larger sales opportunities and day-to-day sales operations. This role manages the sales process from lead generation and quotations to customer service, equipment marketing, and order coordination, while building strong client relationships and maximizing the value of used inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about professional event technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Audio Production & Systems Coordinator

The Audio Production & Systems Coordinator supports the Head of Audio Production & Projects in the day-to-day operation of the Audio Department, with a focus on technical coordination, equipment readiness, system preparation, maintenance, and quality control. This hands-on technical role supports high-profile touring productions and A-list artists, including designing, configuring, and building custom audio racks and systems to meet artist and touring production specifications. The position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to deliver systems that meet demanding touring standards.

The Production Manager leads the planning and execution of live events, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the production team to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
